and this is the only job I don't really feel welcome... most people just don't care.. and yet no one can seem to help me... ugh!!!!!

ugh sometimes customers can be such douchebags! I don't get it.. why insult someone's intelligence? it doesn't get you anywhere.. and then to have their account manager call me and yell at me when I can't do my job because of our system not because of anything I did! I was trying to be nice and helpful.. wtf.. I hate customers so much sometimes.. there is no need for this.. ugh!
