why do all customers feel so entitled to get everything for free..

I have never felt that way..

I don't understand why customers are such d bags...

sigh..

that is really all I have to say about my job right now.. I am trying to stay until after my sister's wedding because I already have the requested days off, but man it is getting difficult... they just don't really care about us here anymore and it is super frustrating.. I try to follow policy but I get laughed at because it is one customer, we try to ask for help but we don't get any because we are just CS not sales.
and the manager is best friends with the sales team and everyone is always so loud around us because apparently we don't matter.. bah..
I have to stay until August though.. but even Dan was like "I don't know what you hope to gain from this or why you are still here" like.. who says that to an employee? I wonder if I could get a new job and still get those days off.. hmm.. but any interview would have to be on Saturdays.. bah..
we will see.. We have lunch with the CEO tomorrow so hopefully that will help so that at least I will stay through August.. and it doesn't hurt to look so we will see what happens tomorrow!

Andrew and I are doing just fine! his bday is next Wednesday and mine is coming up too! Should be good times.. woo! Then Christina gets married in August.. crazy!

Alright.. I am gonna go and do some sort of work.. ha hasta later!
